In September 2002, as part of an expansion of programming, ORT International was renamed to Channel One International. The 2000 logo was kept, However a few minor changes in the logo has been made. 1. Instead of the Russian flag, a white stripe has been replaced instead. The logo shares a similarity with the current logo of Channel One Russia.
