On January 1, 2000, Chowking became a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation. A new corporate look and logo for Chowking was launched immediately after the acquisition.

Chowking's logo changed in time for its 25th anniversary. The logo is modified text (such as a "k" and "超群") and "C" and "k" inside a circle logo.
