Chris-Craft is an American boatbuilder founded in 1874, and was involved primarily in manufacturing boats. They briefly operated in the television business with two networks (PTEN and UPN under the control of a separate subsidiary known as Chris-Craft Industries); however since 2001, this division was closed and absorbed into Fox Television Stations, with the company exiting from the television industry altogether.
