Cignal TV

Mediascape (formerly GV Broadcasting System), also known as Cignal TV, Inc., is a media company in the Philippines. It is also operates UHF 18 via DTT in Manila and DTT in Benguet, Batangas, Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan De Oro and Zamboanga, and a majority of regional TV and radio stations affiliated of TV5 Network, Inc., a subsidiary of MediaQuest Holdings under PLDT.
