The Cincinnati Cyclones were formed in 1990, in the East Coast Hockey League. In 1992 the franchise relocated to Birmingham as the Birmingham Bulls. A new team under the Cyclones name and logo played in the International Hockey League.
1995-2004, 2006-2014[]
After the 2000-01 season, the IHL folded. In response, the Cyclones rejoined the ECHL. After the 2004 season, the club went on hiatus before re-entering the ECHL in 2006.
2014-present[]
On August 29, 2014, the Cyclones revealed a new logo.[1]
