In time for their 100th anniversary, Citroën changed the logo color to a darker grey one.
In 2020, the merger of the PSA and FCA groups was announced, forming the Stellantis group, where Citroën and other brands entered in 2021.

On June 6th, 2021 in an ad for their facelifted C3 Aircross, Citroën introduced a distinct logo, where the 2016 symbol becomes filled in and the wordmark - which uses the Citroën Black corporate typeface instead of the former 2009 one - can be positioned either on the chevrons' left or right. It was used only on advertising and corporate applications, while the previous logo was still used on car badges and their websites - except in Latin America, where there was an exclusive visual identity for this logo.[1]

This logo was announced by Stellantis on September 27, 2022, and was debuted on the conceptual vehicle Citroën Oli [all-ë] at the end of September, then progressively will adorn future global products and concepts from mid-2023.[2]
