Claxson

Claxson Interactive Group, currently known as Claxson, is an American-based media company headquartered in Miami, Florida. It was formed in October 2000, after the merger of Grupo Cisneros media ventures, including Cisneros Television Group, El Sitio.com, and Ibero American Media Partners.

Since the late 2000s, the company sold almost all of their media assets to other companies, fully shifting into producing adult television networks on joint ventures with Playboy Enterprises and Globosat.
