Colors

Launched on 21 July 2008, Colors is the flagship Hindi general entertainment channel (GEC) of Viacom18. It is one of the most-watched TV channels in India, and the only Hindi GEC launched in the late 2000s to become successful while others, such as Imagine TV, failed. Colors is one of the most popular Hindi GECs, along with Star Plus, Zee TV, Sony TV and Sony Sab.

Note that the Colors logo always contains the Viacom18 logo below it. This is not true for other Viacom18 channels.

An HD feed was launched in October 2011 along with HD feeds of CNBC-TV18 and the newly-launched History TV18.

2016–present

Colors rebranded on 10 April 2016, introducing a new logo that dropped the three colours in the petal of the previous logo in favour of a gradient. This logo was extended to the regional-language Colors-branded channels throughout 2016, and then to Colors Infinity in 2018.
