The Corporación Cafetera de Ahorro y Vivienda (Concasa) was a financial institution founded in 1972, its main economic activity being financial immediacy and provision, whose initial purpose was to promote private savings and channel them towards the construction industry within the constant value system, of which they were the majority shareholders of the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. Its end came in 1997 and it merged with Bancafé.
