A new logo was launched for Cool TV in the autumn of 2010. The new logo was a recoloured version of the 2004 logo that has the "C" coloured grey instead of red, the first dot is coloured black instead of red, but the second dot is still retaining its red color as well as the curve is coloured grey instead of black. This new logo was introduced on 30 August 2010.

In July 2011, RTL acquired it together with Reflektor TV, Sorozat+, Film+, Film+ 2, Muzsika TV and Sorozat+ IKO channels.
