This logo first aired in 1969 and was used until 1999 with slight alterations to it over the years, the most obvious being changes to the intros (the last intro to use this logo was first aired in March 1997). From October 1999, this logo was no longer used on intros, but it was kept on Cadbury's sponsor cards which aired before episodes until August 2002.
