Correio Braziliense (commonly known as "Correio") is the national daily newspaper in the Federal District of Brazil. Named after the London-based newsletter, Correio Braziliense ou Armazém Literário, was originally edited in 1808 by Hipólito José da Costa, and now is owned and published by Diários Associados, also the publisher of 3 other newspapers.
