Cosmote is the largest mobile network operator in Greece, competing with Vodafone and Wind Hellas. It is the main consumer brand of Greek telecom company OTE, which in turn is majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom.
Cosmote is one of only two Deutsche Telekom–owned telecom companies not using the Telekom or T-Mobile brands, the other being Magenta Telekom in Austria, as well as the only one not to use DT’s signature magenta colour.
Cosmote rebranded in 2015 with a new logo and corporate identity.
