DD Kashir is a terrestrial television channel run by Doordarshan and serving the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Most of its programmes are in Urdu (similar to DD Urdu), but some programmes are in local languages of Kashmir, such as Kashmiri, Dogri and Ladakhi.
Note that the spelling of the channel is DD Kashir, with no ‘M’, and not DD Kashmir.
