2017–2018[]
The first and current crest of the club is circular in shape. The crest features blue and red horizontal bands with a head of a Philippine eagle, the national bird of the Philippines and is often associated with the Davao region, in its middle. The banner below the crest is shaped like an indigenous shield with the initials of the club "DAFC" and foundation year (2017) inscribed in it.The full name of the club is also written at the upper part of the crest.
When the club changed its full name to San Miguel Davao Aguilas Football Club due to a sponsorship deal with San Miguel Corporation. The club kept its crest unchanged.
2018–present[]
The Davao Aguilas Football club entered into a partnership with Shonan Bellmare of the J.League and changed their name to Davao Aguilas Bellmare Football Club and crest to reflect this joint endevour. The text "Bellmare" is in the shade of green associated with the Japanese club.
