Debmar-Mercury was bought on July 12, 2006 by Lionsgate and became a wholly-owned subsidiary. And this logo used a film negative with a "Leaping Jaguar" for its logo.
Debmar Studios and Mercury Entertainment merged to form Debmar-Mercury in 2006.
This logo debuted and added "A Lionsgate Company" byline in 2011, with the last two notes of the Lionsgate Films theme heard with the 2003 roar.
