The First Lady office of the Dominican Republic was established in the second mandate of then President of the Dominican Republic, Leonel Fernández. The logo was unveiled first started at August 2004, it was used for eight years showing three people closer to the book in green circular shape, two hands in red and blue moving up and down and the wordmark at rotating direction.  

2012-2020[]

On August 17th, 2012, this logo becomes more familiar as Candida Montilla becomes the First Lady of the Dominican Republic during the mandates of the constitutional president Danilo Medina, it describes three people colorized: a man in blue, a woman in red and a child with red and blue between arms and legs completly tridimensional and the raised hands with colours of the nation.

The institution was ceased on August 16, 2020 by the new government of the Dominican president Luis Abinader
