Dim is a Ukrainian state television channel broadcasting to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, launched on February 1, 2020 by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications, and established on the initiative of the Office of the President and personally by Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Duriing Natsrada's meeting on 23 March 2023, channel Dom reissued this license with change of the logo, due changing language of broadcasting. On 25 March 2023, at midnight the channel changed its name.
