In 2001, the logo was given a 2D effect. However, this logo was used in tandem with the previous one as an on-screen bug logo.

In March 2005, Discovery Kids received a new branding made by Argentinian studio Steinbranding, coming along the debut of Doki, the mascot of the channel.

On March 30, 2009, Discovery Kids rebranded. Its logo changed to show 2 yellow/blue rings, the letter "K" in blue and green and a blue sphere with the letter "D" in yellow.

This new updated version of the logo was introduced in 2012. In 2013, the channel's on-air graphics were given a three-dimensional effect during the series premiere of Doki.

The yellow ring was removed, and the "K" is more lowercased, as the D ball became an speech bubble. This new logo was launched on April 1, 2016, the day of the channel's 20th anniversary celebration.

Following its 25th anniversary, a new logo and branding were launched on April 7, 2021. The tip on the "D" was deleted.
