Discovery Tamil is a dedicated Tamil-language version of Discovery Channel. This is over and above the Tamil audio feed available on Discovery Channel. It was launched in August 2011.

In a similar fashion, Star launched Nat Geo Tamil and Nat Geo Telugu in June 2019.
