Don Watt (February 9, 1936 – December 23, 2009) was a Canadian designer specializing in retail branding. He founded Don Watt & Associates in 1966, later known as The Watt Group in the 1980s. In 1992, The Watt Group was sold to beverage company Cott Corporation, but was bought back by Watt in 1999, who would subsequently change its name to Watt International.
In 2003, he founded a new firm, DW+Partners, with business partner Geoff Belchetz. Upon Watt’s death in 2009 from a stroke, the firm was absorbed into St. Joseph Communications, a Canadian communications business.
