The second iteration of the logo, which first debuted in 1986. It first appeared on products related to the franchise, appearing on toys and comic books the following year.

DuckTales premiered on September 18, 1987. The last episode of DuckTales aired on November 28, 1990.

2017–2021 (2017 Series)[]
On February 24, 2015, Disney XD announced that the reboot of the 1987 series DuckTales would premiere in 2017. On June 14, 2017, Disney Channel PR announced on their Twitter account that a 60 minute TV movie based on the reboot would premiere on August 12, 2017, and the series premiered on September 23, 2017. The new logo is notably cleaner, having hatching instead of a gradient for the frontface, and having the drop shadows look more like a flat 3D extrusion.
