The EAFF M-Cup, formerly known as the EAFF E-1 Football Championship before the 2025 edition, is a regional competition for East Asian teams, similar to the ASEAN Championship in the Southeast. It is organized by the East Asian Football Federation and it has been held since 2003, replacing the Dynasty Cup.
Japan is the defending champions, after winning the 2022 championship on home soil.
