EasyCall Communications Philippines Inc. (ECPI) is a publicly-listed company previously engaged in the paging operations back in 1989. The company change its name from Francisco N. Cervantes, Inc. to its present name in 1992. Due to drop in subscriptions, EasyCall decided to terminate its paging operations and focused instead on its call center and internet businesses. It won the Gold Award for “ Outstanding Customer Service in the Telecommunications Sector” given by the Teleperformance International in July 2000. Among the services the company offers are Internet connectivity, domain name registration and hosting, and web business solutions.
