Launched:  June 10, 2023

On June 10, 2023, when Eat Bulaga! was produced by TAPE Inc. despite a legal battle between the new management of TAPE Inc. and the original hosts (TVJ, who left TAPE, but not EB itself, on May 31, 2023), this iteration of Eat Bulaga! by TAPE Inc. gained its own new logo days after the introduction of the new hosts. It was used until January 5, 2024, when TAPE's version of Eat Bulaga! was renamed to Tahanang Pinakamasaya! on the following day.

Typography:  Beautiful Maples (E and A)

Launched:  July 1, 2023

With the transfer of TVJ to TV5 on July 1, 2023, the logo has been drastically redesigned and a big departure from the previous logo. The show's official, de jure interim title, E.A.T. (stylized as EAT...), was then revealed by TVJ at the end of its premiere episode.

On December 5, 2023, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) ruled in favor of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, and cancelled TAPE Inc.'s trademark of "Eat Bulaga!". However, TAPE Inc. objected to the decision and tried to prevent TVJ from using "Eat Bulaga!". TVJ Productions, Inc. held a press conference on the following day. The interim logo became the secondary logo from January 5 to January 9, 2024, where it is still alternatively being used as seen in the live show.

On January 5, 2024, the Regional Trial Court branch 273 of Marikina finalized the decision and permanently enjoined TAPE Inc., along with GMA Network, Inc., from:

  • using "Eat Bulaga!" or its logos in their shows, programs, projects, or promotions;
  • using the Eat Bulaga! jingle/song, or any part thereof in their shows, programs, projects, or promotions;
  • airing or broadcasting replays of any episode of Eat Bulaga! that was aired prior to May 31, 2023, or any part thereof in any channel or platform.

On the following day, the court ordered both TAPE Inc. and GMA Network to immediately discontinue the use of trademarks such as "EB", "Eat Bulaga" and the Eat Bulaga! theme song, for its current programming—as the petition of De Leon, Tito Sotto and Vic Sotto regarding its case of copyright infringement and unfair competition for the trademark of "Eat Bulaga" was granted.

The design of the logo is the same with E.A.T. logo, but the "EAT..." letters were thicker and the word "Bulaga!" has been returned. It reverted to its original style with the ellipsis on January 6, 2024, that the title was originally stylized as Eat... Bulaga! until the program's 25th anniversary celebration in 2004.
