El Repórter Esso was the collective name of various newscasts in South America, through both TV and radio, all of them sponsored by Esso.

The main Chilean variant of El Repórter Esso aired on radio broadcasters Agricultura, Cooperativa Vitalicia and finally Minería, between 1941 and 1973.

1964-1967 (television)[]

Between 1964 and 1967, Canal 13 TV had its own variant of El Repórter Esso as a prime-time newscast. It was replaced by Martini al instante once 1968 arrived.
