Embracer Group AB[]

In September 2019, THQ Nordic AB has changed its name to Embracer Group AB to avoid confusion with the current THQ Nordic GmbH and to clarify its position as a holding company. In 2024, Embracer Group announced that it would split into three companies. The surviving Embracer entity would become a company tentatively titled "Middle-Earth Enterprises & Friends".
