Endemol Shine Group is a Dutch-based production and distribution company of scripted and non-scripted content. It is owned by a joint venture of private equity Apollo Global Management and The Walt Disney Company, which inherited the shares from their acquisition of 21st Century Fox in 2019.

Endemol and Shine Group merged on 1 January 2015 when the resulting new company was named as the Endemol Shine Group. The first logo consists of the 3 texts; "ENDEMOL", "SHINE" and "GROUP" written in an unknown font. The two brands continued to be used separately on most productions until 2016.
