Following the sale of Southern Star from Fairfax Media to Endemol, in 2009 Southern Star International changed its name to Endemol Worldwide Distribution. In 2015, Endemol Worldwide Distribution has been acquired by Shine International, and thus changed its name to Endemol Shine International.
