Euromercato was an Italian hypermarket established as a joint-venture company with Italian retailer Standa and French retailer Euromarche.

After the exit of Euromarche, French retailer Carrefour has joined the venture with Standa in 1984.
The logo was changed to include a modified version of the Carrefour logo.
1992–1994[]
In 1992, Euromercato was sold to Fininvest, owned by Silvio Berlusconi, most famous for creating Mediaset.
As a result, Euromercato adopted the Fininvest Symbol as part of its logo.
1994–2000[]
In 2000, Euromercato was acquired by French retailer Carrefour. All Euromecato hypermarkets converted to Carrefour (Italy).
