2010–2011
This logo was used from iOS 4.0 to 4.2. There wasn't any FaceTime logo on the iPhone or iPad, with, FaceTime being integrated into Contacts and the Phone apps. The app was first released only for the iPod Touch (4th generation iPod Touch onwards).
2011–2013
This logo was used from iOS 4.3 to iOS 6. The app was released for the first time on the iPad (iPad 2 onwards).
2013–2018
This logo is used since the launch of iOS 7 in September 2013. The app was released for the first time on the iPhone (iPhone 4 onwards). In iOS 7.1, they darkened the gradient. In iOS 11, the camcorder widened.
2018–present
This logo is used in iOS 12 beta 1 and was launched in June 2018. The small rectangle on the left is turned off and the camera is simplified. Note the similarity between this logo and the 2010-11 one.
