Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the editions of 2020 and 2021 were canceled.
In 2023, as a decision of Sever do Vouga's Town Hall, Fica Vouga was rebranded to FICA changing not only the name, but also its meaning. The new name is a short for "Festival Intercultural das Comunidades e do Associativismo. This logo was designed by then-administrator of Logopedia, WXDS.
