SerTV is a public television station of Panama, launched in 1978 as an educational channel. Despite the name changes, It currently forms part of Sistema Estatal de Radio y Televisión.

The logo was used during the first weeks of 2023, which had an arrow representing TV viewer's smile. However, this logo was discarded in favor of the previous logo, but still used in some areas.
