The section below only lists tags with a light background. The tag for dark backgrounds uses a light Disney+ logo and white text instead. In some cases, the tag also uses the print version.

April 2019-November 2019 (pre-launch)[]

In November 2019, after official launch of Disney+, Disney modified the release tag, it debut with Togo (2019) in November 2019 and last seen on Singapore release of Nomadland (2021) in February 2021.

October 2020–November 2021[]

Disney+ Original series now streaming 2020

In October 2020, Disney decided to reduce elements of Disney+ release tag, with removed release partner line. It was debut with Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions (2020).

September 2021–February 2023 (United States); November 2021-April 2023 (International); November 2021-March 2024 (Japan)[]

Original series now streaming only on Disney+ 2021

In September 2021, following the announcement of Disney+ Day, Disney refreshed the entire promotion package of Disney+, including its release tag. The new release tag now arranged horizontally (same to HBO Max and Netflix's release tag) and used FF Real Text Pro font. It was debut worldwide with Home Sweet Home Alone (2021) and last seen in Star contents for international markets with Extraordinary (2023). A modified version of this tag currently still using for Asia Pacific Star contents (and few Western Star contents) in Japan.

February 2023–March 2024 (United States); April 2023–March 2024 (International)[]

In February 2023, Disney+ simply its releasing tag once again with only the release date and Disney+ logo. It is debut with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), and debut on Star contents for International market in April 2023 with Japanese anime Heavenly Delusion.

March 2024–present[]

Now streaming Disney+ 2024

In March 2024, Disney+ used the new alternate logo with solid arc and redesigned "+" symbol for marketing materials beginning with Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version). Future promo materials now uses the Articulat CF font replacing FF Real Text Pro.

For International market, this version of tag is introduced on March 28, 2024 for all regions and on March 29, 2024 for Taiwan and Japan.

March 2024 (Canada, Singapore and Japan)[]

Now streaming Disney 2024 International

A mixed release tag with 2024 tag font (Articulat CF) and 2019 Disney+ logo was introduced for Star contents in Canada and Singapore alone with the United States version of 2024 release tag. A Japanese variant currently for anime contents, which still heavily based on 2021-2022 release tag but using the new font, debut in the same month with Japanese anime Macross.

This version of tag was only used in Canada and Singapore in a few days, and quickly been replaced by the new 2024 tag following the new logo's International roll-out on March 28, 2024, and Japan roll out new tag one day later.
