ICTV is a most-popular Ukrainian commercial television channel owned by Starlight Media. Launched on 15 June (or 18 September) 1992, it is the first-oldest national private TV channel in the country.

The channel is easily recognisable by its trademark - a star since 1995, which has also become orange since 2000 (with changes in 2003 and 2017).

On 18 September 2000, the channel received a logo with an orange star and 7-note jingle (A-B-C'-D'-E'-G'-A'), which is still used on Fakty.
