The logo and slogan was unveiled on 13 May 2019. The logo features a brightly colored kite to symbolize freedom, light and shared joyous moments. The creative concept represents how working together makes us better, stronger and can bring joy and happiness as we celebrate the beautiful things in life. The contest was held at the Gliwice Arena on 24 November 2019.

The logo and slogan was unveiled on 16 May 2019 during a special Eurovision Shine a Light show. when the Eurovision Rotterdam 2020 was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The contest was held in Warsaw, Poland on 29 November 2020 becoming the first country to host the contest two years in a row.

The creative concept behind the slogan is that, as children, we mistakenly believe all important things are done by renowned people: scientists, astronauts, athletes and actors. We want to become them because, in our eyes, they are the ones moving the world. But this is not the case: every day, millions of people around the world perform their day-to-day duties with capability and care. Together, they are the ones really moving the world. This year's slogan honours the collective power we hold together.

This year marks the debut of Germany.

France won with the song, J'imagine, performed by Valentina.

2021 (Paris, France)

"Imagine"

The contest was held in Paris, France on 19 December 2021. The logo and artwork was unveiled on 24 August 2021. This contest will be the first time that France has hosted the Junior Eurovision, the first for a Eurovision event in France since 1999 and the first in December since 2012 in in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

This creative concept includes three inspirations behind the design: Imagination, Christmas and Paris. It is also a mixture of a Rocket, a Christmas Tree and a the famous Eiffel Tower landmark.

The timing of the Contest is important to the design too – given that the festive holidays will be in full swing in France, the artwork resembles a traditional Christmas tree and is symbolic of magic, wonder, joy and giving.

And finally, for people around the world, Paris is the city of love and light. There’s more than a passing resemblance to the most famous Parisian of all… the Eiffel Tower.

The Junior Eurovision name was colored in gold, while the Song Contest Paris 2021 name was colored in white or black.

2022 (Yerevan, Armenia)

"Spin The Magic"

The contest was held in Yerevan, Armenia on 11 December 2022. The logo and artwork was unveiled on 26 September 2022. This contest is the second time that Armenia has hosted the Junior Eurovision, after 2011.

This theme symbolizes the spin around the sun - in a never-ending whirl bringing joy and fun to young people. To symbolise this, organisers have chosen an internationally recognised toy to feature across the branding of the Contest: the spinning top.

While known the world over, this particular variety of spinning top is unique in Armenian culture; featuring traditional patterns that appear on historical architecture, carpets, and costumes across the Host City of Yerevan. These old-school wooden toys have been given a neon twist - quite literally - to reflect a modern Armenia.

The designs featured across the show, with a spinning top produced in the colours of the flags of the 16 participating countries.

Despite having won last year, France refused to host the 2024 contest (No reason has been revealed, but probably it's because of the costs for the 2024 Olympics and Paralympics to be held in Paris), so the right to host the contest was handed-off to the runner-up from last year, Spain, being the first time in 55 years that the country and RTVE (Spain's public broadcaster) host an Eurovision event, after the Eurovision Song Contest 1969 held in Madrid.
