eCrew Development Program (commonly referred to as McDonald's eCDP) is an educational Nintendo DS game created by McDonald's to be given to new McDonald's Japan employees in order to teach them how to cook food, serve customers, and perform other common restaurant tasks. It was never meant to be released to the public but the full game was uploaded to the Internet Archive in 2020.
