The Rosynka plant was founded in 1960 in Kyiv.

In 2007 the plant was bought by Orangina. In 2010's Rosynka became one of the biggest non-alcoholic beverage manufacturers, but due to high debts it went bankrupt in 2016. Nowadays their products are still being sold, but the brand is now owned by a company from Cyprus.
