MNTC (Myanmar National Tele & Communications), operating under the Mytel brand, is the fourth and final company to receive a telecommunications license in Myanmar, after the three incumbent operators, MPT, Ooredoo and Telenor. It is 49% owned by Viettel with two local companies owning 28% and 23%.
