ZonAustral is the current brand name of the Zona Franca de Punta Arenas (Punta Arenas Duty-Free Zone), located in Magallanes Region, Chile. It was opened on 11 September 1977, and over 30 years Parenazón was the operator of the complex. In 2007 the concession was granted to Sociedad de Rentas Inmobiliarias, and renamed it as ZonAustral.
