2004-present
In May 2005, UPC Romania took over 50% of Focus Sat and in April 2006 it acquired the entire company, becoming the owner of Focus Sat.
Since December 2018, Focus Sat has been acquired by M7 Group Europe, a company based in Luxembourg.
In the middle of 2019, Focus Sat ended the transition to the M7 Group.
