Fonterra is one of the largest dairy companies in the world, headquartered in New Zealand. It was formed by a merger of two biggest dairies in New Zealand, Kiwi Co-operative Dairies Limited and New Zealand Dairy Group, along with New Zealand Dairy Board in 2001.
