In 2018 Force India announced the change of name, but actually they've only changed the logo.

In 2018, Force India was purchased by Racing Point. On 31 August 2018, FIA approved the new team's name: Racing Point Force India. In December of 2018 Force India announced the new name for 2019, Racing Point F1.
