2007–2012[]
Four Points Media Group was a holding company formed by Cerberus Capital Management in 2007 to serve as buyers of 7 stations from its previous owner, CBS Corporation. On September 8, 2011, it announced the sale to these stations to the Hunt Valley, Maryland-based Sinclair Broadcast Group for $200 million. The sale was completed on New Year's Day, January 1, 2012.
