Star Movies introduced a new logo on 1 January 2009. Star Movies was the last channel to drop the old logo scheme of the Star network (the name of the channel next to the Star logo icon, contained within a rectangle with two opposite corners rounded) that had been used throughout the 2000s.

As of 2020, the logo and graphics package introduced in 2009 are still used by the Indian feed of Star Movies.

Fox Movies Premium (except Vietnam)

Fox Movies Premium was launched on 1 January 2012, replacing Star Movies brand in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines (HD only), Papua New Guinea, Thailand, and Myanmar.

However, Star Movies continued to air in India, the Philippines (SD only), Taiwan, the Middle East, China, and Vietnam.

On 1 April 2016 in Japan, and on 10 June 2017, Fox Movies Premium in the Middle East, Hong Kong, and some countries of Southeast Asia, as well as Star Movies in the Philippines, rebranded simply as Fox Movies, to coincide with the premiere of X-Men: Apocalypse. It also received a new slogan: Expect Incredible. Nobel is the on-screen typeface, which is also used by Star Sports in India. On the same day, Fox Action Movies and Fox Family Movies rebranded as well.

As Star Movies in Vietnam and Taiwan adopted the Fox Movies branding on 1 November 2017 and 18 January 2018, respectively, the Indian feed is the only channel that retains the Star Movies name, as well as the 2009 logo and graphics.

On October 1, 2021, the Southeast Asian feed (except the Taiwanese feed) of Fox Movies was shut down.
