FreeDom (formerly known as UATV and UTR) is a Ukrainian Russian-language television channel focusing on the Russo-Ukrainian War, launched on August 29, 2022 by the state-owned Multimedia Platform of Foreign Broadcasting of Ukraine under the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications. It previously operated as an international broadcaster under the UATV/UTR brand, broadcasting programs in several languages, including Arabic, English, Crimean Tatar and Ukrainian.

March 10th, 2022 (telethon) August 29th, 2022 (TV channel)
On March 10, 2022, UATV was reformatted into a 24-hour Russian-language telethon FreeDom, on August 29 of the same year the channel was renamed, officially dropping the UATV brand, and on September 26 a brand design was unveiled.
