In 1997 The Family Channel launched the now famous 25 Days of Christmas however this logo was short lived due to the sale of The Family Channel to New Croproation and The Family Channel was relaunced as Fox Family.

As Fox Family's Attepet to attract an older audience Fox Family relaunched the block with a new look.
ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas

As part of the sell of Fox Family to The Walt Disney Company the block was once again renamed to ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas. since then the block is the last remaining program that is Family Friendly on the Channel.
