FremantleMedia was created on August 20, 2001, after its predecessor Pearson Television was merged with Luxembourgish-German joint venture CLT-UFA to form RTL Group and its content assets were transferred into this company. Some programmes and mobile game Family Feud Live continued to use this logo even after the introduction of the new logo in September 2018.
