The radio division of Guardian Media Group (GMG), which was set up by John Myers in 1999 shortly after leaving Border Media (when that was bought by Capital Radio). The company was bought in 2012 by Global Radio, however, due to an investigation by the Competition and Markets Authority, it was forced to operate as a seperate entitiy for 21 months under the name 'Real and Smooth Limited' before the acquisition was approved.
