The channel was first launched on January 1, 2014 in Vietnam, and on October 1, 2015 in Hong Kong and select Southeast Asian countries. It was closed in Vietnam on February 21, 2019 due to low ratings.

An unused variant could be seen on the presently inactive Christopher Belanger's website. The channel was supposed to rebrand along with other Sony channels, but the rebrand was ultimately cancelled due to unknown reasons.
2020 (unused)[]
Originally announced as part of a Sony company-wide channel rebrand, the logo was left unused after Sony Gem was acquired by KC Global Media in 2020.

2020–2024[]
On May 11, 2020, KC Global Media's Asian division acquired all Sony channels within Southeast Asia, resulting in the removal of the stylized "S" logo and the Sony moniker from the channel's name, alongside One. The channel ultimately closed down on August 1, 2024 due to low ratings as well as KC Global Media's further focus on sister television channels.
